Terms of Service

By accessing or using TNL 3D Print services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

TNL 3D Print provides 3D printing, design, and prototyping services. All quotes are estimates and final pricing may vary based on detailed analysis of submitted files.

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment. We accept payment via Stripe. All prices are in USD. Refunds are available within 48 hours of placing an order if production has not yet begun.

You retain ownership of all files you submit. By submitting files, you grant us a limited license to use them solely for fulfilling your order. We are not responsible for designs that infringe third-party intellectual property.

Standard orders are completed within 5-7 business days. Rush and express options are available at additional cost. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control.

TNL 3D Print is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.
